Hello all! Just wanted to remind everyone that next week will be the Kid's Day in Christ class parties. Please remember to bring the kiddos already dressed in their costumes. Please also remember to bring an extra set of clothes so that they can change after the party. We will go trick-or-treating around the church and do lots of fun pumpkin themed activities. Ms. Tara will be going into the classrooms and sharing the Pumpkin's Prayer with both rooms. It should be another great day at Kid's Day in Christ! Blessings, Tara
P.S. Check back in the next week or two as we have an exciting announcement to make!

Up and Running!
Hello all you wonderful Kid's Day in Christ families! I'm so happy that you've stopped by for a visit. It is my hope that this blog will allow us all to stay in touch, be informed, and become a community of loving parents who share a passion for our children and our Lord Jesus Christ! I will do my best to update this blog on a weekly basis. That way we all know what wonderful learning has taken place during the week and what amazing things the staff have in store for the upcoming weeks. I would love to eventually get a parent's group started that meets for about 30 minutes after the children are dropped off. My thought is that this could be a sort of support group for all of us who are parents of young children. I know that many of our moms are stay-at-home mamas (myself included) and may feel a bit isolated at times. I think there is a wealth of wisdom, faith, and fellowship that could be shared within the group. It may be that the group could meet with the purpose of service toward the Planeview community as well. I'm open to suggestions!
Well, I think that about sums up what some of my hopes and dreams are in terms of this blog and the program, in general. Have a blessed week and we'll see you soon!
